1. Do you have a shop I can visit?

Nope — we're 100% mobile. No waiting rooms, no driving across town. We come to you — whether you're at home in Carolina Forest, staying oceanfront on Shore Drive, or parked outside Broadway at the Beach. Just tell us where your vehicle is, and we’ll take it from there.

2. Are you really open 24/7?

Yes. We’re available any hour, any day — even during the off-season. Car sickness at 3am? Sand explosion after a sunset cruise? Need to return a rental at sunrise? We’ve got you.

3. What areas do you cover?

We serve all of Myrtle Beach and beyond: North Myrtle, Surfside, Garden City, Conway, Murrells Inlet, Carolina Forest, The Market Common, and every condo, campground, marina, and resort in between.

4. What kinds of vehicles do you detail?

Anything with wheels — and a few without. Cars, SUVs, golf carts, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, boats, even small planes. If it moves (or used to), we’ll detail it.

5. Do you work on rental cars?

All the time. We help tourists clean up before drop-off — especially after long beach days, road trips, or kid-related chaos. We’re fast, discreet, and we know the deadlines.

6. What do you clean that’s specific to Myrtle Beach?

This town has its own flavor of mess:

Sand in every crack and crevice

Salt air fogging up glass and trim

Water spots from sudden downpours or rinses gone wrong

Pollen, pine needles, and tree sap from shady beach lots

7. Can I book same-day service?

Yes, in fact, most of our tourist jobs are booked same-day. If we’re not already booked, we can usually get to you within a few hours.

8. Do you pick up and drop off vehicles?

Absolutely. If you're tied up at work, shopping at Coastal Grand Mall, or on the beach, we can grab your keys (with permission), do the work, and drop it back off detailed and locked.

9. How long does a full detail take?

Typically 1.5 to 5 hours depending on the vehicle. We don’t rush, but we don’t drag our feet either. Boats and RVs can take longer.

10. What if I’m staying in a hotel or resort?

No problem. Just let us know the where you are staying, and depending on the hotel/resort rules, we will either detail at the location or pick the car up and return it cleaned.

11. Do you offer interior-only or exterior-only packages?

Yes. Whether your concern is beach sand inside or sun-faded paint outside, we can do either, or both.

12. Do I need to be there during the detail?

Nope. As long as we have access, you can go about your day. We’ll send photo updates and notify you when it’s done.

13. What kind of results can I expect?

We always send before and after photos. You’ll see the difference. And if you’re not happy, we’ll make it right. Period.

14. Do you offer redos or refunds?

No. But we're reasonable and will hear out the situation and see how we can help make things right.

15. Can you remove smells or clean up vomit?

Yes, fortunately. Kids, motion sickness, late nights - we don’t judge. We clean, sanitize, and deodorize so no one ever has to know.

16. What about sunscreen and red stains?

We treat sunscreen smears, lotion build-up, and red stains (from drinks, snacks, etc.) with targeted cleaners. Most come out fully or at least close to it.

17. Do you clean boats?

Yes. Interiors, exteriors, mildew, salt - we’ve got it covered. Boat must be docked for exterior clean.

18. Do you clean RVs at campgrounds?

Yes, whether you're going to Ocean Lakes, PirateLand, Myrtle Beach State Park, Lakewood, we clean RVs. Slide-outs, floors, windows, exteriors. Fully mobile.

19. Can you clean my vehicle while I golf or shop?

Absolutely. Go enjoy your tee time or spend a few hours at Tanger Outlets. We’ll handle your car while you do your thing.

20. Do you service Myrtle Beach Airport?

Not directly on the airport, but we meet people before or after flights for quick detailing. Perfect for those leaving town or arriving with a mess.

21. Can you fix cloudy headlights?

Yes. We restore and seal headlights for better visibility and a cleaner look.

22. Do you offer ceramic coating?

We do. It’s a great option for locals who want to protect against the brutal combo of sun, sand, salt, and rain.

23. What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle. Whatever works for you.

24. Are your cleaners safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use pro-grade, low-toxicity products that are safe once dry. No heavy chemical odors or sticky residues.

25. Do you clean baby car seats or strollers?

We do not.

26. What if it rains?

If it’s light rain, we can usually still work. If it’s storming, we’ll reschedule ASAP - typically within 24 hours.

27. Can I get a gift card?

Yes! Reach out to us and we'll give you gift options.

28. Do you offer regular maintenance plans?

We do. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly for locals, fleets, and snowbirds who want to keep their rides clean year-round.

29. Can I schedule a detail before selling my car?

Absolutely. A clean car sells faster and for more. We’ll make it look showroom-ready.

30. Do you work with realtors or property managers?

Yes. We help agents clean personal vehicles and vacation rental fleets. First impressions matter.

31. Can you come to gated communities?

Yes — Grande Dunes, Waterway Palms, Cypress River — we'll service them all. Just let 'em know we’re coming. Some communities may require us to detail off-site and bring the car back.

32. Do you work weekends and holidays?

Typically yes. Weekends, holidays, special events - we’re open when other places are closed.

33. Can you remove pet hair?

Yes. Our vacuums and tools remove even stubborn embedded hair. Dog owners love us.

34. Do you detail golf carts?

Yes we do! Especially around North Myrtle and Barefoot Resort. We clean them top to bottom.

35. Do you offer fleet pricing?

Yes. If you’ve got multiple vehicles — delivery vans, real estate cars, or rental fleets, we can work out a custom plan.

36. Will you work at a job site or business?

Yes. We service work trucks, delivery vehicles, and even food trucks while they're parked.

37. Can I text you instead of calling?

Definitely. Texting is often faster. Just shoot us your name, location, and what you need.

38. Do you use waterless products?

Sometimes — especially in areas where runoff could be a problem. They're safe, effective, and environmentally friendly.

39. Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured for mobile detailing.
